Eligibility: Open to UK residents able to travel to Unit 44G, Swansea.
Age: Entrants must be 18 or over.
Winner contact: The winner will be contacted by email using the address supplied at entry.
Prize: One winner receives one dedicated desk at Space44, free for six consecutive months from the official opening date, including full dedicated-member access (24/7 keycard access, Wi-Fi, Boardroom booking and members lounge access).
Free membership: The six-month free membership begins on Space44’s official opening date.
Build partner: The nominated build partner is offered the opportunity to secure a Founding Rate dedicated desk. The Founding Rate is protected for their first 12 months, provided they are accepted as a member and confirm their interest by the stated deadline.
No cash alternative: There is no cash alternative to the prize.
Verification: Space44 may verify eligibility and remove fraudulent, incomplete or duplicate entries at its discretion.
